Dante Atkins is a qualitative research consultant, political communicator, campaigner and strategist. he is the founder and principal at the solopreneur focus group firm Atkins Strategies. You would have thought that a professional communicator could have named his company after something catchier than his own name, but we don’t always practice what we preach.
Before that, Dante served as the Communications Director for Congressman John Garamendi. Previously, he has managed Democratic/progressive political campaigns in California, from small municipal races to high-profile statewide campaigns.
As a strategic communications consultant, Dante has done work for labor, local Democratic Parties, campaigns, and the California Health Benefits Exchange.
